Additional info/contents	Kurt Gäble's composition "The Winter Rose" for wind orchestra, optionally with choir and narrator, combines eight traditional Christmas carols with accompanying texts. The work addresses the loss of values in the modern, consumer-driven Christmas season and invites reflection on the spiritual roots of the holiday. The musical interpretation ranges from delicate woodwind sounds to dramatic passages that symbolize the consequences of consumerism. The heartfelt conclusion with the sound of bells represents a return to simplicity and harmony. Contents: (© musicainfo.net) Tochter Zion; Maria durch ein Dornwald ging; Vom Himmel hoch; Kommet ihr Hirten; Es ist ein Ros' entsprungen; Herbei, o ihr Gläubigen; Ich steh' an deiner Krippen hier; O du fröhliche;
