Additional info/contents	„Kentucky Boys" von Tom Dawitt ist ein flotter Dixie Marsch im typischen Blasorchesterstil der 1960er und 1970er Jahre. Auch heute noch versprüht der energiegeladene Titel gute Laune. Vor allem das Posaunenregister mit seinen vielen melodischen Passagen kann sich hier besonders wirkungsvoll präsentieren. Der Dixie ist eine Stilrichtung des Jazz, stammt ursprünglich aus New Orleans und war vor allem in der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts sehr beliebt.
