Evaluation level of countries A1 (Austrian A level); D1 (German entry level)
Duration 5:24
Additional info/contents The first movement of the "Three Bagatelles" begins with a powerful introduction, followed by a lively theme. This theme is first played by the 1st clarinettist (1st flugelhorn in the fanfare, solo cornet in the brass band), later taken over by other instrument groups.
The second movement forms a nice contrast with its contemplative character and the more thoughtful theme.
Finally, the third movement is rhythmic and leads the work to a sublime conclusion.

For the 'First Dialogue' series, André Waignein composed a three-part concerto work which is ideal for incomplete orchestras.
