Definition/synonyms The taepyeongso (lit. "big peace wind instrument"; also called hojok, hojeok, nallari, or saenap) is a Korean double reed wind instrument in the shawm or oboe family, probably descended from the Persian sorna and closely related to the Chinese suona.
