Additional info/contents	Sometimes life writes stories that you can't predict in any way. A little over three years ago my publisher, Koen Vergouwen, asked me to write a flash mob for wind band. On the very day it was supposed to be recorded in Austria, the recording had to be canceled due to the total lockdown caused by the escalating Corona pandemic. Now three years later, after three years of standstill, "Big Boss' Flashmob" was produced and could be seen as symbolic of our cultural life, and thus of brass music. Slowly, little by little, our cultural life is returning, our concerts and Performances delight people again, like a “comeback”. This “comeback” can be presented wonderfully with this piece. Starting from the drum register, the musicians gradually come onto the stage. One register after the other joins the music and leads the work to a happy and hopeful end. We're back, the comeback has been successful! The piece can optionally be performed with a choir. The choir parts are offered per set with at least 10 voices.
