Additional info/contents	Markus Pytlik's well-known "Irish Blessing Wishes" with their folk-song qualities and the profoundly humorous text have long been part of the repertoire of many congregations. The song is often sung when it comes to saying goodbye in general and is able to offer comfort and hope with the blessing wishes formulated in the form of colourful pictures. Christopher Tambling has provided these blessing wishes for a great farewell service with a wonderful orchestral arrangement that embraces the song like a ritornello, interprets it tonal and emphatically enhances it. But of course he also had the simple circumstances in mind: this arrangement can already be played with choir, solo flute and organ; all other instruments can be added ad libitum and flexibly handled.
