Additional info/contents	In the summer of 2017, Portugal experienced an authentic hell of flames. The human and environmental tragedy was immense and flooded us with images and dismay. Melodically, this piece is based on the old and famous hymn "Dies Irae" already used by countless composers over the centuries. Another parameter inspired by the fires was the rhythm, inspired by the unbelievable failure of communications of the tragedy, converting some of the associated vocabulary to Morse code. (SIRESP, GNR, FOGO ...) In this case, we have the huge band to put out that fire, In the end, we have a birdsong that resurfaces from the burnt wood. This piece is now at the Finale of the International Composition Competition BSP -2020 (postponed)
