Additional info/contents	Diese klassische Komposition von Clarence Williams wurde am Beginn der Jazzära geschrieben und spricht die Sprache von Count Basie. Ein achttaktiges ausgeschriebenes Pianosolo fügt sich in eine ruhige Ensemblemelodie mit Bucket-gedämpften Blechbläsern ein (es reicht auch, offen ins Pult zu spielen). Gut platzierte Unisono- und Ensemblestellen führen zu einem 16-taktigen Tenorsaxofonsolo (ein ausgeschriebener Solovorschlag ist vorhanden) und baut sich dann auf bis zu einem Shout-Chorus des ganzen Ensembles eine kleine Terz höher. Die Ausgabe enthält eine optionale Flötenstimme. Das einzigartige und überraschende Ende wird Publikum und Band einige fröhliche Momente bescheren. (Ein Hinweis: Es gibt einen optionalen Vocal-Takt am Ende) This classic Clarence Williams composition was written at the very beginning of the Jazz Age and speaks in the Count Basie language. An 8 measure written piano solo feeds into a quiet full ensemble melody with brass in bucket mutes. (Open in stand will do) Well placed unisons and ensemble writing leads to a 16 bar tenor sax solo (suggested written solo is provided) then builds to a final full ensemble shout chorus a minor third higher. Includes an optional flute part. The unique surprise ending will treat the audience and band to a few happy moments. Hint: (Opt. one bar vocal ending)
