Additional info/contents	In the spring of 1912, the Titanic, then the largest ship in the White Star Line fleet, embarked on her maiden voyage. Initially hailed as a triumph of technology, the journey ended in one of the greatest tragedies in maritime history: the supposedly "unsinkable" steamer sank in the Atlantic, claiming countless lives. To this day, the circumstances of its sinking remain a mystery and continue to fascinate observers worldwide. The musical work *White Star Liner* artistically explores this story. The majestic opening section reflects the admiration for the sheer size of the ship. A lively *Allegro* section illustrates the vibrant activity on deck. But the contrast between the tranquil ocean and the ship as a tiny point of light is abruptly replaced by panic and tragedy.
