- The work is described by the composer as intended to provide solace to the grieving. 'A Requiem for the living, a Requiem focussing on interrupted lives” and differs from more traditional settings by its use of English poetry interspersed with the Latin texts
- Extensive press and PR activity to support CD release and tour
- Howard Goodall has recently signed an exclusive publishing agreement with Faber Music; he is also the Government's 'Singing Ambassador' and Classic FM composer in residence 2008
