Grainger imagines what 'old Handel' might have thought if he strolled down the Strand hearing the sounds of the English music halls. This arrangement by Keith Brion combines elements of the Sousa band setting by Otto Merz with Grainger's 1950 orchestral version for Leopold Stokowski.
