Additional info/contents	This is a piece with a Latin American flavour, written for a concert with three orchestras (hence "Tres Banda" in the title). The first part is a South American waltz in which the flageolet (penny-whistle, tin flute or cent flute) appears as a soloist. This is followed by a transition to the performance of a steel band, which after a while ends the interlude to the sounds of a march.
