Additional info/contents	Alfred Reeds 'Two Bagatelles' wurden ursprünglich als Posaunenquartett veröffentlicht, dann zum Blechbläserensemble ausgeweitet und schliesslich zu einem vollen Blasorchesterarrangement umgearbeitet. Andy Clark hat es auf seine Wurzeln zurückgeführt und für die Barnhouse 'Build-A-Band'-Serie bearbeitet, so dass auch Musiker in sehr kleinen Orchestern die Möglichkeit haben, die Musik dieses Meisterkomponisten aufzuführen. Das Arrangement klingt grossartig, wenn die vier Basisstimmen unter den Instrumenten vorhanden sind. Alfred Reed's' Two Bagatelles' was first published as a trombone quartet, then enlarged to a brass choir and finally to a full concert band setting. Andy Clark has taken it back to its beginnings and adapted it for the Barnhouse Build-A-Band Series, so that students in very small bands will get a chance to perform music by this master composer. Sounds great if the four basic parts are covered among the instruments present.
