Additional info/contents	Dieses kreative Arrangement basiert auf 'What Child is This' und 'O come, o come Emmanuel' und wird eine wunderbare Zutat für Ihr Weihnachtskonzert sein. Mit ganz wenigen Ausnahmen und auf wundersame Weise spielen die Bläser nie etwas komplizierteres als Viertelnoten und die Tonumfänge sind sehr vernünftig. Trotzdem ist der Sound gewaltig und beeindruckend. Für musikalischen Kontrast ist durch kurze und ausgeschriebene Klavier-, Altsax- und Trompetensoli und durch ein kurzes Duett für beide Altsaxofone (mit Stichnoten in den Tenorsaxofonen) gesorgt, die jeweils durch einen treibenden 'Steamroller'-Rockrhythmus begleitet werden. Total irre! Based upon What Child Is This and O Come, O Come Emmanuel this creative arrangement will make a wonderful addition to your holiday concerts. With very few exceptions the horn parts amazingly never play anything more complicated than quarter notes and the ranges are very reasonable, yet the sound is huge and impressive. For musical contrast there are short written solos for piano, alto, trumpet, and a brief duet for both altos (cued in the tenors) accompanied by driving steamroller rock feel. Totally Hip!
