Additional info/contents	The march "Wir lieben Blasmusik" (We love wind music) was written in 2021 in the course of a composition competition on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Austrian Wind Music Association, where it was chosen as the eponymous march among the best 15 for a CD production. It was meant to capture the spirit of wind music and express in a musical way how musicians love and live wind music. Because there is so much more behind wind music: passion, friendship, community. And it is precisely this spirit of togetherness that Manfred Hirtenlehner captures musically in this march.
