Additional info/contents	"Der Haslibacher" by Thomas Rüedi is a challenging composition for lower school wind orchestra and brass band, conceived specifically for young musicians. Created as an assignment for the 21st Bernese Cantonal Music Festival in 2004, the work consists of five movements that musically tell a historical story from the Haslital region. Each movement is characterized by distinct moods and technical demands that promote the performers' playing and interpretive abilities. The composition combines musical diversity with educational value by strengthening technical skills, expressiveness, and cultural awareness. "Der Haslibacher" is thus an important teaching piece and a recommended repertoire piece for young wind musicians.
